Terms of use

In case of any discrepancy, the Portuguese version prevails.
These terms apply to the use of the conectabem.com website and to the purchase of Conectabem products. By using the website or buying a product, you agree to them.
1. Who we are

2. The website
The website shows who we are, what we sell and how to reach us. It has no sign-up, asks for no data and uses no tracking cookies, as our Privacy policy explains.
You are free to read and browse. You may not copy the website's content to use elsewhere without our permission.
3. Our products
We sell digital products: guides, books and kits in PDF and in other downloadable files, such as spreadsheets and images. All of them are in Portuguese. No physical product is shipped.
What each product includes, its price and its bonuses, if any, are on its sales page.
4. Payment
Payment is one-time: there is no subscription and no monthly charge. You pay on the product's payment page, and a payment company processes the payment: today, Cakto; when the payment page is Stripe’s, Stripe. Your card details stay with that company, and Conectabem does not see your card number.
5. Delivery
Once your payment is confirmed, access arrives at the email you used to buy. When a product has a bonus, it arrives with the product or up to 7 days after purchase, as the product page says.
If your access doesn't arrive, check your spam folder and write to sac@conectabem.com with the email you used to buy. We will check your order and send your access again. After downloading, keep a copy of the files on your device.
6. License
When you buy, you get the right to use the product yourself (personal use): at home, with your family or in your own work. You may download, read and print it as many times as you like.
You may not resell, pass on or share the file, post it online, or put the product inside another product, free or paid.
If the product page allows more, such as using the activities with your students, what it says applies.
7. 7-day guarantee
You can cancel your purchase within 7 days of the purchase or of receiving the product and get the full amount back. You don't need to give a reason. This is the right to cancel in the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (article 49). See how to ask in Refunds and disputes.

9. For people who sell digital products
Conectabem's platform for people who sell digital products is not open yet. When it opens, after Stripe approves it and by invitation, it will have its own terms. These terms do not apply to it.
10. Responsibility
Conectabem is responsible for delivering the product as its page describes and for refunding you within the guarantee.
Our products are everyday support materials. They do not replace advice from a health or education professional when there is a specific need.
The payment company and the services of other companies shown on the website, such as WhatsApp, also follow their own rules.
11. Copyright
The texts, illustrations and design of our products and of this website are protected by the Brazilian Copyright Law (Law 9,610/1998). Buying a product does not give you the right to copy it for other people.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one on this page, with the date at the top. Each purchase follows the terms in force on the day it was made.
13. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. A court dispute about them goes to the courts of the city of Rio de Janeiro, RJ, Brazil. If you bought as a consumer, you may also file in the city where you live, as the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code guarantees.
