Privacy policy
Last updated: October 11, 2026.
In case of any discrepancy, the Portuguese version prevails.
This page explains, in plain words, what data Conectabem uses, what for, who we share it with, and how you can ask to see, correct or delete yours. It follows Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018).
Who looks after your data
Conectabem Tecnologia Ltda., Brazilian company number (CNPJ) 38.230.670/0001-77, Rua da Alfândega, 115, 901, Centro, Rio de Janeiro – RJ, 20070-003, Brazil. Under the LGPD, we are the controller: the one who decides how your data is used.
For any request about your data, write to sac@conectabem.com.
What this website keeps
- No data from you. The website has no form or sign-up and does not ask for your name, email or phone number.
- No tracking. The website uses no tracking cookies and no ad pixel.
- The access log. As on any website, the server that hosts this website records technical data about each visit: IP address, date and time, the page opened and the browser. We use this log only to keep the website running and safe.
- Your language and theme choice. If you choose a language or a theme (light or dark), your browser may keep that choice on your device. It is not sent to us.
When you buy a product
You enter your details on the product's payment page. A payment company processes the payment: today, Cakto; when the payment page is Stripe’s, Stripe. Your card details stay with that company: Conectabem does not see or keep your card number.
Conectabem receives your name, email, phone number, CPF (the Brazilian taxpayer number, when the payment page asks for it) and what you bought. We use this data to:
- deliver the product, and the bonus when there is one;
- help you when you ask for support;
- refund you if you ask for it;
- answer a dispute with your bank or card, with proof of purchase and delivery;
- comply with the law, such as tax rules and the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code.
The LGPD allows this use to perform the purchase contract, comply with the law and defend our rights (article 7, items II, V and VI). Ad measurement, described below, is based on our legitimate interest (article 7, item IX).
We do not ask for children's data.
Product pages
Each product has its own sales page, with its own privacy policy. Some of those pages use the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to measure ads. Each page's policy explains what is collected and how to opt out.
Who we share data with
Only what is needed, with:
- the payment company (today, Cakto; when the payment page is Stripe’s, Stripe);
- the services that host this website and the members area, send purchase emails and keep backups;
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram), when a purchase came from an ad: the payment page reports the purchase, to measure that ad;
- public authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell or rent personal data.
Some of these services are outside Brazil, such as Stripe and Meta. In that case, the transfer follows the LGPD rules.
How long we keep it
We keep purchase data for as long as the law requires, under tax and consumer rules. After that, we delete it or keep it in a way that no one can be identified.
Your rights
Under the LGPD (article 18), you can ask us at any time:
- to confirm whether we have your data and show it to you;
- to correct wrong or outdated data;
- to delete, block or anonymize data that is not needed;
- to move your data to another company (portability);
- to tell you who we share your data with;
- to take back a permission you gave.
Ask at sac@conectabem.com and tell us the email you used to buy. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
